CFP’s high-speed CNC machinery uses a continuous blade band knife with a minimal cut width (also known as “kerf”) for fast and accurate profile cutting from large “buns” or blocks of material. CFP’s two in-house programmable CNC cutting machines provide the optimal production of smooth, straight-sided shapes with no tooling, making this process ideal for both small and large quantity orders.
