CFP operates die-cutting machinery with the ability to create precision custom shapes from a foam sheet or roll while maintaining strict repeatability, accuracy, and uniformity of the finished parts. In addition to traditional die-cutting, we can produce scored or perforated sheets. We can also create “kiss cut” adhesive-backed items with features like pull tabs to speed up your assembly or kitting operation. Speed and cost savings are achieved via nesting and stacking production techniques.
