Convoluting splits a foam sheet into equal halves with peaks and valleys resulting in a conformable “egg crate” shape on both sides. Using a system of profiling tools and rollers to shape the foam. CFP’s equipment allows the customization of convoluted shapes by cut depth, pattern design, size of pattern, and spacing between peaks and valleys.
